Kya Khush rehne Ka bhi koi Formula hai?

1) dont compare yaani kisi aur se tulna na karna -

2) dont cry every time -

kuch logon ko aap dekhte honge woh hamesha rote hi rehte hai .hamesha rone jaisi shakal banaye rakhte hai. unko kitna bhi mil jaaye lekin phir bhi kisi na kisi baat ko lekar rote hi rehte hai. khush rehna hai toh rona chodiye.

3) dont criticize yaani kisi ki buraai na karna -

kuch log hote hai jo sirf saamne wale mein nuksh nikaalte rehte hai ,unki buraai karne mein hi lage rehte hai. aise log sirf dusron ki buraai karte rehne se khud khushiyon se dur hote chale jaate hai.

4) dont complaint yaani hamesha shikayat nahin karna chahiye -

is shreni mein bhi kuch log hote hai jo sirf shikayat karne mein lage rehte hai. jisse na toh khud khush reh paate hai aur na hi dusron ko khush rehne dete hai.

5) always compliment yaani acche kaam ki tareef Zarur karein -

jab hume kisi ka kaam accha lage to uski tareef jarur karein. hum aksar saamne wale ki tareef karna bhul jaate hai. aap hamesha khush rahenge.

ant mein doston ye 5 C ka formula aapke jeevan mein khushiyan laane mein bahut madadgaar saabit hoga.
